Who We Are

THE ENTREPRENEURS NETWORK PTY is a community-oriented organization in Lesotho focused on entrepreneurship development, skills empowerment, education, mentorship, economic participation, and community advancement.

Our purpose is to contribute to a more inclusive environment where aspiring entrepreneurs, young people, small-enterprise owners, and community members can access knowledge and opportunities that help them develop their potential.

We recognize that many promising individuals have ideas, motivation, and determination but may lack access to practical business knowledge, professional guidance, networks, digital skills, or opportunities for structured learning.

Our role is to help bridge these gaps.

Through educational activities, entrepreneurship support, mentorship, workshops, networking opportunities, community engagement, and practical skills development, we seek to empower individuals to make informed decisions, strengthen their capabilities, and pursue sustainable economic opportunities.

We believe meaningful development begins by investing in people.

When individuals gain useful skills and confidence, the benefits can extend beyond one person. Stronger individuals can support stronger households. Stronger entrepreneurs can contribute to employment and local economic activity. Stronger community networks can encourage cooperation, innovation, and resilience.

Our Story and Purpose

THE ENTREPRENEURS NETWORK PTY was established around the belief that entrepreneurship, education, skills, and collaboration can play an important role in creating sustainable opportunities.

Across communities, people often possess valuable ideas and abilities but face challenges turning those abilities into sustainable livelihoods or enterprises.

These challenges may include limited access to business education, mentorship, professional networks, digital knowledge, market information, financial literacy, and practical guidance.

We seek to respond to these challenges by creating a supportive platform where people can learn, connect, exchange knowledge, and develop practical capabilities.

Rather than focusing only on short-term assistance, our approach emphasizes capacity building.

We want participants to develop knowledge and skills they can continue using long after a particular workshop, training session, or mentoring activity has ended.

Our long-term aspiration is to contribute to a stronger culture of entrepreneurship, self-reliance, innovation, collaboration, and community participation throughout Lesotho.

Our mission is to empower aspiring entrepreneurs, young people, emerging business owners, and communities in Lesotho through accessible entrepreneurship education, practical skills development, mentorship, networking, knowledge sharing, and community-focused initiatives.

We seek to help individuals strengthen their ability to identify opportunities, develop ideas, solve problems, manage resources responsibly, build sustainable livelihoods, and participate meaningfully in economic and community development.

Our mission is centered on five principles:

We envision communities where aspiring entrepreneurs can access guidance and knowledge, where young people are encouraged to develop practical and entrepreneurial skills, where small enterprises have opportunities to strengthen their capabilities, and where collaboration creates pathways for sustainable development.

We aspire to contribute to an inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem that values creativity, responsibility, innovation, lifelong learning, cooperation, and community impact.
